At DemeCakes, we believe that a wedding cake consultation is the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and begin crafting your custom wedding cakes vision. Our goal is to provide a professional, enjoyable experience while designing a cake that truly reflects your style and makes your special day unforgettable.

The consultation fee is $60.00 (non-refundable) and includes a tasting of up to five cake flavors of your choice. This fee, which is due at the time of booking, is essential for understanding cake pricing. Should you decide to proceed with DemeCakes, the $60.00 will be applied toward your final cake balance.

Please use the link below to complete the form and schedule your session. During these wedding cake consultations, we can also discuss cake pricing for our custom wedding cakes. Virtual consultations are available on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment only.

Scheduling a wedding cake consultation allows us to discuss all the essential details of your order, such as your cake design, guest count, delivery logistics for your wedding day, and cake pricing. Our goal is to ensure that we fully align with your vision and expectations before we start crafting your custom wedding cakes.

The wedding cake consultation is set for one hour, and we recommend coming prepared with details about your wedding style, inspiration photos of custom wedding cakes that you admire, and exact color swatches if you'd like us to match your theme. 

If you're uncertain about your wedding style or haven't finalized your cake ideas, please inform us beforehand so we can allocate extra time for brainstorming and discussing cake pricing. 

To ensure a smooth experience, consultations should be booked at least six months in advance. For in-person consultations, we will travel to your location, so please provide your address prior to the scheduled consultation date.
